The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission has ascertained that Vladimir Petrović, a broker, violated the provisions of Article 180 of the Law on the Capital Market on client funds held on accounts, while providing investment services and performing investment activities.This represents a material and a serious violation of the Law on the Capital Market.
That is why the Securities Commission has adopted an administrative decision revoking the broker’s license from Vladimir Petrović (registration number in the Register of Brokers: B-21-21-1/08), granted under the decision No 5/0-25-6342/2-08 dated 11 December 2008.
The person was entered into the Register of Brokers the Securities Commission maintains, under the section of revoked licenses (Striking off the Register).
