At the beginning of February 2017, an initial meeting was held of CFA Charterholders and Candidates in Belgrade, at the Faculty of Economics.
More than 81 participants discussed the prospective CFA Society Serbia and the necessary requirements and procedures for admission of becoming a CFA Institute Member Society.
It has been concluded that an action plan of future steps in the process of forming a local CFA Society in Serbia will be prepared. All interested CFA Charterholders are welcome to join the process.
The establishment of this Society is expected to have a beneficial effect, promoting professional and ethical standards and following the international best practice.
