On 21 January 2026, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, Siniša Mali, visited the new business premises where, since December, the Securities Commission, the Belgrade Stock Exchange, and the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House have been operating.
The shared premises housing the key capital market institutions contribute to better coordination and more efficient market functioning. This arrangement confirms the importance of a stable and transparent financial system and the role of the Commission as the market regulator.
During the visit, the Minister held a meeting at the premises of the Belgrade Stock Exchange with representatives of the Athens Exchange Group and Euronext, where opportunities for enhancing cooperation and further integration of the domestic capital market with European markets were discussed.
Through its regulatory activities and cooperation with other institutions, the Securities Commission continues to contribute to the development, security, and international integration of the capital market of the Republic of Serbia.
