Тhe Securities Commission held a presentation on December 8, 2023, as part of the Continuous Education for licensed auditors organized by the Chamber of Certified Auditors.

The presentation on the topic "Quality Control of Audit Firms and Licensed Auditors" was conducted by employees of the Audit Quality Control Sector and the Immediate Supervision Sector. Radivoje Petrović, Chief Quality Control Auditor, Aleksandra Anđelković, Quality Control Auditor, Dejana Kresović, Senior Advisor for Audit Quality Control Affairs, and Vladislav Stanković, Supervisor Senior Advisor, led the presentation.

On December 5, 2023, the Commission actively participated in the First Banking Summit organized by the Association of Banks of Serbia. The summit was attended by significant panelists, including the Chairman of the Securities Commission, Marko Janković, the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, Dr. Jorgovanka Tabaković, the Governor of the Croatian National Bank, Dr. Boris Vujčić, the Governor of the National Bank of North Macedonia, Dr. Anita Angelovska Bezhoska, the Vice Governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Marko Vidaković, and the Director of the Banking Supervision Department at the Central Bank of Montenegro, Dejan Vujačić.

The Securities Commission, on December 2nd, 2023, successfully held a presentation as part of the Knowledge Innovation Study - Law of Digital Assets. The presentation was led by the Commission's Chairman, Marko Janković, and Supervisor Aleksandar Božović.

The presentation covered various aspects of legal regulation concerning digital assets, as well as the potential applications and benefits of digital tokens. Within the lectures and discussions, various aspects contributing to a better understanding of this important topic were examined. The lectures and discussions that took place during the presentation shed light on aspects of legal regulation, as well as potential applications and benefits of digital tokens.
