Students of the third year of the Belgrade Faculty of Business visited the Securities Commission on 11 April 2016. In a matter of several days, another group of students also paid a visit to the SEC. This time the group of students came from Valjevo Faculty of Business, Singidunum University accompanied by the students of the High Economic School from Valjevo. They have learned about shareholding, how the capital market functions and about the way the Securities Commission is organized, followed by examples from the industry and history.  

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission informs candidates that examinations for brokers, investment advisers and portfolio managers will be organized during the month of June 2016. Specifically, the examination for brokers will be held on 13 June 2016, while examinations for investment advisers and portfolio managers will be held on 14 June and 21 June, respectively. The exact times of examinations will be published at a later date.

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission has prepared a Draft Rulebook on Liquidity of Broker-Dealer Companies. This piece of legislation will regulate the minimum requirements for broker-dealer companies and their liquidity risk management procedures. All the interested persons are invited to download and read the Draft of the Rulebook on our website. The comments can be sent to the Securities Commission by Friday, 25 March 2016.
