The application of the Rulebook on Liquidity of a Broker-Dealer Company starts on 20 July 2016. Investment firms are required to notify the Securities Commission of the liquidity indicator and the volume of liquidity for all business days of the previous month by the 15th day of the current month, by filing the completed Excel Forms 1 and 2 to the e-mail address of izvestaji.likvidnost@sec.gov.rs.

The Republic of Serbia Securities Commission has adopted a new form of the PML/TF Questionnaire on activities implemented by obligors – supervised entities within the remit of the Securities Commission, for the purposes of enforcement of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing – the AML/TF Questionnaire.
