Marko Janković, Chairman of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, and Goran Kuprešanin, Secretary of the Commission, participated in the “Key Trends ’26” conference, held from 28 to 30 September 2026. Chairman of the Commission Marko Janković moderated the panel “From Expectations to Adoption: New Capital Market Regulation”, dedicated to the new regulatory framework and current issues in the capital market. The panel featured Ognjen Popović, Assistant Minister of Finance; Marija Đorović, Head of Corporate Affairs at Tesla Capital; and Stanislava Petković, Executive Director of Vista Rica.

The “Capital in Motion” conference was held in Belgrade yesterday, bringing together representatives of regulatory authorities, financial institutions, investment funds and companies, as well as finance professionals. Marko Janković, Chairman of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia, also participated in the conference. The Chairman of the Commission took part in the opening panel, “The Longevity of Capital”.

The Securities Commission has prepared an Informative Guide for Investors Before Investing in Digital Tokens. The guide explains in a simple way what a white paper is, what its approval means, what rights an investor can acquire by purchasing a digital token, as well as what are the key risks associated with this type of investment.
