The Securities Commission informs the public that, in accordance with the Digital Assets Law, it has approved the publication of a new white paper by the company FinSpot Ltd., Belgrade. The white paper, which is a prerequisite for launching the initial public offering of 235,000 FinSpot factoring tokens (FIN3) with a nominal value of RSD 1,000 per token, contains all necessary information enabling investors to make an informed decision regarding participation in the aforementioned offering. On this occasion, the Commission reaffirms its commitment to transparency and investor protection in line with the highest regulatory standards.

Third-year students of the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, who are attending lectures on Financial Markets during the spring semester, visited the Securities Commission. The visit was organized on March 27, 2024, in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement signed between the Faculty of Law and the Commission on October 9, 2023.

In line with the obligations arising from membership in international organizations, the Republic of Serbia continuously works on enhancing measures to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing. A recently published report by the Committee of Experts of the Council of Europe's MONEYVAL confirms the progress of the Republic of Serbia in this area.
